NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process Evidence is a free app created exclusively for teachers using the NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process system. It offers a fast, flexible, simple way for teachers to capture and send evidence to the NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process

Use a wireless or cellular connection to send data directly to NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process. Log into the NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process Web site to individualize and review evidence and share information with families.


Security/Confidentiality
To maintain security and confidentiality, all evidence captured in the app remains within the app until sent to NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process. Any photos, videos, or audio files taken within the app will not mix with your personal camera roll. Files captured using the app cannot be sent anywhere other than to NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process. Files captured using other apps cannot be transferred into the NC K-3 Formative Assessment Process Evidence app.
